OSAT Assembly Senior Engineer

Job Description

**Job Summary**

**OSAT Assembly Senior Engineer overseas the backend semiconductor manufacturing processes and activities at the OSATs. Acts as a primary technical Interface between Rensas and OSATs.**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with OSATs to ensure good yield, quality, delivery and cost performance and drive improvement activities to meet KPI.
+ Implement process and materials changes at the OSATs and runs qualification activities to qualify these changes.
+ Develop and/or assist NPI to release new packages/products at OSATs and ensure seamless transition to production.
+ Monitor OSAT performance and lead investigations on any issues related to the OSATs.
+ Coordinate failure analysis activities and address the root cause together with OSATs and QA.
+ Provide suggestions and ideas to improve work processes at Renesas.
