We are seeking a Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a long-term, ongoing assignment in Montana. The facility has reopened this need and is looking for a provider to anchor a minimum of 1 week per month of consistent coverage. This role balances routine outpatient clinic operations with active Operating Room blocks and a dedicated facial trauma call service.

The facility is actively seeking immediate coverage for the following summer blocks. Bids must explicitly state which dates the provider can accommodate:

• July Block 1: July 1 July 9, 2026
• July Block 2: July 20 July 27, 2026
• August Block: August 24 August 31, 2026

• Clinic & OR Shifts: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch).
