N/A Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from university or college in social work, counseling, psychology, special education, or related field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with autistic individuals. Positive attitude towards autistic individuals. Ability to work independently and creatively with little direction from supervisor.Dependable, detailed oriented, organized and punctual.Must be a team player with strong communication skills and flexibility when needed. Desired Qualifications Master’s degree from a university or college in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education or related field. Prior experience in facilitating groups for autistic individuals is preferred.
