Outage Administrator
Roster: Casual contract, starting early August till November | Working Monday to Friday
Location: Millmerran, QLD
Responsibilities:
- Process and track timesheets to ensure accuracy and timely submission
- Maintain document control systems including filing, version control and accessibility
- Coordinate meetings including scheduling, agendas and recording of key actions
- Maintain records of inspection, quality and outage documentation
- Support onboarding and site administrative processes for outage personnel
- Track actions and maintain registers to support outage coordination
- Assist outage leadership and technical teams with administrative tasks
- Ensure data integrity across outage records and systems
- Support communication between teams by maintaining clear and accessible information
