Actively recruiting Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine physicians who want to join a collaborative, team-based culture and provide patient-centered care.
- 60-minute appointments for annual wellness visits with your patients
- 30-minute appointments for all follow-up visits
- On average 11-13 patients a day
- No hospital rounding
