We are currently recruiting for an Outreach Worker to work within a street-based outreach service in the Bristol area , supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.

Role Details

• Location: Bristol
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Pay Rate: £15.95 per hour + HP

Please note, this is a street outreach role involving regular travel across Bristol to support clients within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting initial street-based assessments for new rough sleepers and ongoing casework
• Planning and organising outreach shifts using referral and mapping data
• Supporting clients into accommodation and relevant services via the Pathway
• Organising annual street counts and mapping hotspot areas
