Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to address academic, personal, and emotional concerns.Listen empathetically to students’ issues and provide guidance, encouragement, and support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.Assist students in developing effective study skills, time management techniques, and coping strategies to improve academic performance and well-being.Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents/guardians to identify students who may benefit from counseling services and develop appropriate intervention plans.Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and support groups on topics related to student success, mental health, stress management, and other relevant subjects.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in counseling practices, respecting students’ privacy and autonomy.Stay informed about ca...
