PA (High Profile Creative) - West End

We are looking for a degree standard, hands on PA to support a well known figure in the arts. Well spoken and presented is needed together with an interest or background within an artistic field would be preferred. Working together with the Senior EA to keep things moving, this is a very busy and hands on role which is exciting and involving. You will be joining a great team in a buzzy and interesting environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage appointments, both business and personal, ensuring the diary is up to date at all times
• Communicate schedule changes promptly and reorganise in a timely fashion ensuring all parties are notified
• Book meeting rooms and restaurants as required
• Ensure the diary is updated with all White Cube shows, events, art fairs and additional important dates as required.
