About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Packaging Development Technologist to lead the successful implementation of packaging solutions across Sanford’s branded and foodservice portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for new product development initiatives and trials, and involved in troubleshooting for existing packaging and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will approach the role with sustainability / environmental considerations in mind and be able to identify and support packaging cost saving initiatives.

The Packaging Development Technologist will work cross functionally across business units and within a project team environment to deliver best practice solutions and outcomes.
