**Job Summary:**
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Bakery Packers. In this role, you will support production by picking, packaging, staging, and loading products for distribution in a fast-paced bakery environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Pick and package finished bakery products accurately and efficiently
+ Bag and prepare products for shipment
+ Move dough from conveyor belts onto racks
+ Transport racks to different production lines as needed
+ Stage completed orders for distribution
+ Assist with truck loading operations
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
