Day to Day Responsibilities:

+ To apply packaging development skills and knowledge to assigned projects.
+ The candidate should be able to utilize and build on solid packaging fundamentals to complete his/her tasks.
+ Understand the total cost of packaging, including but not limited to materials, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and sustainability.
+ Identify and execute packaging improvement opportunities to deliver cost, quality, and capability improvements for new and existing products
+ Testing and validation of new package designs and ensure product reliability
+ Generate appropriate technical documentation to support packaging design and process changes
+ Interface with packaging material solution vendors to identify and develop potential packaging solutions
