Job Description

We are looking for a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Packer & Logistics Admin to support day‑to‑day warehouse fulfilment and logistics coordination. This role is responsible for packing customer and retail orders accurately, receiving and organising stock, updating inventory records, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with couriers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for daily order fulfilment
  • Ensure all outgoing orders are accurate, properly packed, and dispatched on time
  • Receive incoming goods and check quantity, batch, expiry, and product condition against delivery documents
  • Sort, store, and organise inventory neatly in the warehouse / storeroom
  • Perform stock counting, stock reconciliation, and support periodic stock takes
  • Update stock movement, order status, and fulfilment records in Excel, inventory system...
