As the Packing and Logistics Team Leader, you’ll lead a high‑performing team and ensure the efficient flow of finished goods from production through to distribution.

• Leading and coordinating daily packing and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of goods to internal and external distribution hubs.
• Working closely with transport providers and distribution centres to align output with dispatch schedules.
• Overseeing automated packing systems and supporting manual packing activities to ensure operational efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Monitoring performance across key logistics metrics including throughput, transfer accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Leading, coaching and developing your team while driving a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
