**Purpose / Summary**

Operate and maintain the paint line to apply coatings to products according to quality standards, while meeting production targets, ensuring safety, and minimizing waste.

**Key Responsibilities / Duties**

+ Set up, adjust, and operate painting equipment (spray guns, conveyors, booths, dryers, etc.)
+ Prepare surfaces for paint: cleaning, masking, masking removal, sanding, blasting or pretreatment as required
+ Mix and match paint materials (primers, topcoats, thinners) according to specifications
+ Monitor paint application (thickness, coverage, uniformity) and adjust parameters (pressure, nozzle angle, etc.)
