Our client is seeking a Paint Prep Labor to join their team. As a Paint Prep Labor, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**

+ Sands product exterior in preparation of painting
+ Tapes/masks products for painting
+ Reworks products with nonconforming paint issues
+ Performs simple repair/prep procedures such as putty work or touch-up painting
+ Inspects finished work and completes associated forms/checklists
