+ Rack or hang parts prior to priming or painting.

+ Work with painters to determine best orientation for racking or hanging of parts to ensure efficient painting.

+ Remove primed or painted parts from racking.

+ Rotate or Re-rack parts in between coats of prime or paint.

+ Touch-up primed or painted parts.

+ Back-up for masking or de-masking as required.

+ Learn production flow through Paint Department.

+ Read and follow detailed work instructions, operating procedures, drawings and blueprints.

+ Maintain a clean work area.



+ Ability to work both independently or under direction as the job requires.

+ Good Manual dexterity

+ Manufacturing or painting experience is a plus.


This is a 1st shift position, - we are currently doing a 9/80 schedule (1st week 6 am to 3:30 pm. - M-Th + 6 am to 2:30pm Fri then 2nd week 6 am to 3:30 pm. - M-Th and Fri off)
