We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a leading manufacturing business based in Salford Priors, near Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous industrial, automotive, or manufacturing paint‑spraying experience who is looking for a long‑term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing components and surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
• Applying paint and coatings using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
• Mixing paints and coatings to the correct specifications
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
