**Job Scope:**

+ Prepare custom fabricated metal surfaces and modular components for industrial coatings by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and prepping metal surfaces
+ Operate abrasive blasting equipment when necessary
+ Mask and protect surfaces prior to painting
+ Load and stage parts for coating and blasting processes
+ Maintain, prep areas and equipment, and follow technical instructions, product data sheets, and safety data sheets
