We have an opportunity for a Painter & Decorator to join our team in Kingston. The primary focus of this role will be carrying out a range of external and internal Mould Treatments, Painting and minor repairs in occupied properties whilst achieving a durable quality finish.
Key Tasks / Activities / Responsibilities
To be able to work on own initiative in mostly occupied properties Must have good communicational and liaison skills be polite respectful and presentable would suite local trades person To achieve and demonstrate a high level of customer care To report to and liaise with the Supervisor to ensure efficient service delivery To act responsibly and be diligent in carrying out those duties To comply with Health and Safety legislation To wear Personal protective equipment which is supplied and be responsible for yourself and others...
