**Job Description**

This role leads commercial and industrial painting projects for both new construction and existing buildings within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee. You will supervise and perform interior and exterior painting, focusing primarily on interior walls, using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to apply a variety of coatings to industrial and commercial facilities. You ensure high-quality finishes, efficient project execution, and a safe, well-organized jobsite while working closely with a field team.
