Surface Preparation
Shotblast components and machinery to remove rust, old coatings, and surface contaminants.
Clean, degrease, and prepare surfaces prior to painting.
Mask and protect areas not to be painted.
Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure surfaces meet required standards before coating.
Painting & Finishing
Mix and apply primers,top coats, and specialist coatings using spray equipment.
Ensure all coatings meet manufacturer specifications and quality requirements.
Mix and handle paint and thinners safely and according to manufacturer’s data sheets (MSDS) Perform routine maintenance and care ofspray paintingequipment
Equipment & Safety
Set up,operate, andmaintainspray guns, blast equipment,sprayboothsand PPE.
