Painter/Building Services (Maintenance) Technician

Responsibilities:
Communicate with supervisor to determine painting requirements and assist with making decisions for projects.Assemble scaffolding as required. Preserves trim, flooring, furniture and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint.Assembles ventilators and other safety equipment to prevent unhealthy fumes.Prepares surfaces for painting by cleaning, filling holes and cracks with putty, and sanding until smooth.Applies primer and other sealants to paint surfaces to ensure paint remains in place.Mix and...
