Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician

Position Summary: Repair minor dents, dings, and hail damage on vehicle panels using paintless dent repair techniques, restoring vehicles to pre-damage condition without the need for repainting.

Key Responsibilities:


+ Perform paintless dent repair using specialized tools and methods

+ Assess vehicle damage and determine repair approach

+ Maintain quality standards to ensure undamaged paint and finish

+ Work efficiently to meet production and cycle time goals

+ Communicate with estimators and managers regarding repair status
