Location: Newport Street Office

Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)

We have a vacancy for a Paralegal to work in our busy Family Law Department, private law team at our Newport Street office.

The position may involve travel to courts, meetings and other offices therefore access to a car is essential.

Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.

Job role

Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Arranging appointments and meetings
• Telephone contact with clients and outside agencies
• Diary management
• Prepare bundles
• Client contact
• Use of CCMS would be an advantage
