About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to support our patent filing and prosecution activities. This role works closely with in-house counsel, outside counsel, inventors, and global IP teams to ensure high quality, timely and international patent filings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file provisional, non-provisional, continuation, and divisional applications.

Coordinate formal documents, including declarations, assignments, and powers of attorney.

Support PCT and foreign national phase filings and maintain accurate records in IP docketing systems.
