Job Description The Dallas, Texas office of Alston & Bird LLP is conducting a search for a Real Estate group paralegal with 3+ years of experience with a strong background in reviewing titles and survey documents. This paralegal will assist attorneys in all stages of real estate transactions, closings and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with federal, state, and local regulations in the conduct of business activities. Responsibilities Draft initial versions (first stabs) of real estate loan documents, ancillary agreements, and closing deliverables for attorney review. Review and analyze title commitments, exception documents, and surveys; prepare title and survey summaries and work with title companies/surveyors to clear issues.
