Homestead is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to provide legal insight on resident matters. This role involves document preparation, court representation, and effective communication skills to resolve tenant disputes.
In the Paralegal position at Homestead, your main duties will include advising management on legal actions related to resident disputes and collecting rent arrears. You will represent the Landlord at hearings and ensure that all filings with the Landlord Tenant Board are accurate and timely. Previous experience with tenant issues will be beneficial.
