- High School diploma or equivalent
- Licensure registered in DuPage County
- (ELS) Educator License with Stipulations or,
- (PEL) Professional Educator License registered or,
- (STA) Short-term Approval for Paraprofessionals
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) required
- Experience working with students in a school setting preferred
- Experience working with students with special needs preferred
- English Language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
