Starting salary of £25,201 (£12.71 per hour) increasing to £26,758 (£13.49 per hour) upon completion of a 6‑month probation period. Additional annual supplement £842 pro rata. Night shift allowance £102 per week and Saturday premium £4.26 per hour. Total annual package circa £30,000 (based on a 38‑hour week with overtime).
