Job Description
Job Description - Prepares all raw cooking materials and all mise-en-place as required
- Prepares orders according to the recipe and ensures accuracy in portioning
- Ensure appeaking food presentation at all times
- Prepare and cook food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards
- Monitor food inventories and place orders
- Ensure all hygiene standards are observed at all times
- To work safely, efficiently and being productive at all times
- Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements - With or without experience are welcome as training will be provided
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
