NRG Park is a premier sports and entertainment destination, featuring four major venues with one park: NRG Center (one million+ sq. ft. Convention Center), NRG Stadium (home of the Houston Texans and The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo), NRG Arena, and the historic NRG Astrodome.


We are seeking customer-focused, bilingual individuals to join our Guest Experience team. Under general supervision, the Bilingual Guest Experience Staff provide front-line guest service support during events and day-to-day operations. Duties may vary by facility and event. Staff act as a liaison between the facility and guests, ensuring guest needs are addressed while adhering to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
