Job Description

Ohana Therapy is a boutique therapy clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road offering allied health (therapy and counselling) services. We take on family‑centred, neurodiversity‑affirming, strengths‑focused, evidence‑based, and client‑led approaches in our practice.

We are looking for an open‑minded, proactive, and diligent individual with a passion for working with families (particularly children). Aside from service/administrative skills, he/she must be responsible, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile in terms of learning.

Main responsibilities:
  • Perform front desk duties such as attending to clients’ registration, crowd control, answering calls for appointments, collecting payments
  • Provide administrative/logistical assistance to therapists
  • Provide on‑site client service and assistance
  • Maintenance of clinic’s cleanliness and appearance
