We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Clinic Assistant to join our GP clinic under Y Medical & Wellness Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be based at Our Jurong West Family Clinic. This role is ideal for individuals with relevant clinic experience who are looking for flexible working arrangements while contributing to quality patient care.
Responsibilities Counter & Administrative Duties - Patient registration, temperature and weight taking
- Handling CHAS, Medisave, and Healthier SG transactions
- Dispensing medication and collecting payments (familiar with e-payment modes such as QR pay and NETS)
- Managing appointment bookings for chronic disease follow-ups and sending patient reminders
- Answering phone and counter enquiries in a professional manner
- Performing claims submission (e.g., Medisave, CHAS, MBS, Managed Care/TPA insurance claims)
