This role provides an opportunity to interface directly with residents at Connective’s facilities and contribute to their personalized care plans. You will assist in daily skill development, ensure health and safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate resident progress. A commitment to community engagement and support is crucial in this position.
