Hays is working on an exciting role to recruit a Facilities Manager on a permanent basis this person is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and development of the Council’s physical assets and facilities. This role ensures safe,pliant, and efficient operations across all sites, including Public Conveniences. The post holder will lead operational delivery, oversee asset management and maintenance programmes, ensure Health & Safetypliance, and contribute to the strategic direction to deliver high-quality services to themunity.

Your new role

As a Facitlies Manager your role will involve:

Asset & Facilities Management

Oversee the maintenance and operational management of all facilities, ensuring they remain safe,pliant, and fit for purpose

Develop and deliver planned maintenance programmes, monitoring costs and performance

Ensure effective management of public-facing facilities and services
