Requirement

STPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Good verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Able to start immediately in May or June 2026
Able to commute to Eco Majestic, Semenyih
Responsibility

Handle HR paperwork and documentation: Prepare, send, track, and follow up on onboarding documents, employment contracts, forms, and other HR-related paperwork.
Perform data entry and record updates: Update information accurately across relevant corporate platforms, trackers, systems, and databases as required.
Support HR operations: Assist with follow-ups, filing, coordination, reporting support, recruitment admin, onboarding preparation, and other HR operational tasks as assigned.
