As a key representative, you’ll provide safe, efficient, and friendly transport while delivering a high standard of customer service on local and long-distance journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing safe and reliable coach transport for our passengers
- Fulfilling the required duties assigned to each particular driving role
- Assisting passengers when needed while onboard our coaches
- Provide excellent customer service and ensuring you maintain our high level of customer satisfaction
- Answering passenger queries and keeping them informed at all times
