This part-time role involves working three days a week, attending two in-person client clinics and participating in team meetings. Your vital input will support clients dealing with mental illness, addiction, and homelessness. Flexibility for hybrid work options may also emerge in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend client visitation clinics in-person two times weekly
• Collaborate to develop interdisciplinary treatment plans
• Document clinical notes efficiently for consultations
