Job Description

Responsible for Diagnosing, Assessing and Troubleshooting/Fixing Computer Monitors.

Key Requirements & Skills

Technical Proficiency

• Hardware Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Identifying and Fixing Issues with Computer Monitors.
• Component Replacement: Replacing Defective Parts like power supplies, backlights or boards.
• Assembly/Disassembly: Knowledge of taking apart and putting together Computer Hardware.

Education

• Formal: A minimum of a High School Diploma, with a preference for a Vocational/Bachelor’s degree in any IT-related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications associated with IT/Job Description.

Experience

• Practical experience with hardware maintenance and repair.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
