Job Purpose To serve as a Psychosocial Support trainer under the Centre for Psychosocial Resilience and Humanitarian Studies (CPRHS), Singapore Red Cross Academy.
Job Responsibilities Training & Development
- Deliver mental health and psychosocial support related training under the CPRHS.
- Develop mental health and psychosocial support related content and teaching aid for training.
Trainer Management
- Oversee and lead trainer management, including assessment and coaching.
- Develop and oversee trainer assessment function.
- Conduct internal training for CPRHS’ pool of trainers for curriculum related updates and CPRHS protocols.
