Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Manage relationships with 200+ merchants and partners under the PAssion scheme
- Provide daily account servicing and support , ensuring issues are resolved quickly
- Act as a liaison between merchants and internal teams for smooth coordination
- Support merchant recruitment, onboarding, and retention (approx. 15% refresh yearly)
- Track merchant pipeline, leads, and agreements to ensure timely follow-up
- Ensure compliance with governance and contract terms
- Support execution of 8+ annual campaigns (e.g. promotions, newsletters, events)
- Coordinate 120+ merchant promotions across campaigns
Requirements Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
