Job Description

Working Hours/Days

Working Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday - Friday

Basic Duties


+ Customer and internal order tracking.

+ Customer call routing

+ Process vendors purchasing.

+ Assist with customer parts counter sales pickup and bill payment.

+ Manage cash transactions and accounting.

+ Contribute to the overall positive customer service of the front counter.

+ Other duties as assigned


Qualifications


+ Previous parts counter selling or consulting experience a plus.

+ Must be a self-starter with good time management, planning, and organizational skills with a commitment to detail.

+ Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

+ Strong computer skills required and familiar with programs such as: Word, Excel and Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat.
