**What’s a typical day as** **Parts Administrator?** **You’ll be:**


+ Answering and directing incoming service phone calls and documenting all call log information in the customer history database
+ Maintaining inventory records, conducting inventory counts, and handling parts and equipment logistics
+ Receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping replacement parts for beverage and processing equipment
+ Creating quotes, sales orders, and invoices for part orders and assisting clients with payments
+ Collaborating with service, contract, and accounting teams on large projects
+ Managing and evaluating freight and shipping...
