About the Role
As a Vehicle Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting both retail and trade customers while ensuring workshop operations run efficiently. You will be joining a busy parts department where organisation, communication, and customer service are key.

Assisting customers with vehicle parts enquiries Identifying and ordering correct vehicle parts Supporting workshop technicians with required parts Processing orders, invoices, and stock deliveries
