Job Purpose:
To manage and control the parts department to ensure the efficient supply, availability, and distribution of parts, while achieving sales targets and profitability. The role is responsible for optimizing inventory levels, leading and developing staff, maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and health & safety regulations to support overall business performance.

Job Description:

• Support the Dealer Principal in a constructive manner, ensuring that the internal department relationships are properly maintained.


• Personally manage work efficiently.


• Build sound relationships with other departments


• To keep in line with the parts department procedures
