The opportunity
Work as a technical support payroll executive with a global team who is responsible in implementation and post implementation support of a global tool for EY Global Payroll Operate. This team is the single point of contact for all the countries where EY has its presence.
Your key responsibilities
This role will be a liaison between the technology team, payroll processing country teams and the clients.Should have knowledge of Multi Country Payroll OperationUnderstands all phases of payroll processing. Should have knowledge of payroll inputs, processing, outputs and reportsShould be able to support monthly operational deliveriesWork with the IT teams in testing and deploying new releases of the payroll tool.Closely coordinate with the development and vendor teams on tool specific issues.Should be able to debug and resolve queries from clients / count...
