The Human Resources Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator is responsible for leading and supporting recruitment, staffing, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives for a variety of employee groups within the organization. This role ensures efficient hiring practices, effective communication, compliance with collective agreements and board policies, and the delivery of high‑quality HR services to employees and administrators.
