About the role

Passenger Experience Assistants are the first point of contact for passengers, responsible for ensuring a high standard of service and presentation at the airport.

• Attend to the needs and requests of all passengers.
• Check passengers and baggage in at check‑in desks.
• Support boarding at departure gates.
• Provide assistance to passengers with reduced mobility.
• Cover duties in Food & Beverage and Retail outlets.
• Assist cleaning team to maintain high standards of presentation.
• Assist passengers and customers within Surface Access facilities.
