Travel Telford is part of Telford & Wrekin Council’s transport offer, covering all forms of travel including buses, walking, cycling, behaviour change, road safety education, street works, passenger transport and strategic network development. We are looking for someone to support and enhance public transport services across the borough.

In working towards a Level 3 Transport Planning Technician Apprenticeship, you will gain hands‑on experience across a range of transport functions. This will include working with IT and data systems, supporting transport planning, responding to customer enquiries, maintaining transport information, and assisting with initiatives such as the Bus Service Improvement Plan.
