* Strong understanding of RIBA design and delivery stages.

* Candidates should have familiarity with comms room design, backbone and copper fibre cables and IT risers.

* Working with design peers such as M&E consultants and interior designers

* Excellent knowledge of Passive Infrastructure technology and equipment

* Accreditiations BICSI – RCDD ,CNET – CNIDP, CNET - CDCDP
